Exchange Policy
We happily accept exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items
Important: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging for our records.
Documentation Required
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective area
- Photos of the packaging showing damage (if any)

- Description of the issue
Resolution Options

Important Information
Processing Time: Return requests are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
Return Shipping: For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping costs. For size exchanges or change of mind, customers bear return shipping costs.
